Question:: How much glass space do I loose with retrofit windows?
Answer:: Aproximately 1 1/2 inches around entire window.

Question:: What happens if I break the glass in one of my new windows?
Answer:: Your new windows do carry a warranty, however they are not covered under accidental breakage. You would first need to contact Booth Door and Window and they will begin the service process to help you get your window repaired.
Question:: What makes the new windows "Energy Efficient?
Answer:: Installing new dual pane windows will retain the interior cooling and heating in your home for the alternating seasons. You can increase the efficiency by adding Low-E Glass to your windows.

Question:: What is Low-E Glass?
Answer:: Low-E Glass is an energy efficient coating that is baked into the glass when it is manufactured (not a film). It blocks out the uv rays that damage your carpets, drapes, and interiors while still allowing 82% of your natural sunlight in. Low-E Glass also works as a barrier against exterior heat and cold, retaining your interior temperature and offering you on average a 19% savings on your energy bills.

Answer:: All the windows installed are custom made for your home and require a minimum of 14 working days manufacture time. Also, Booth Door and Window Does not use any subcontractors or piece workers. Therefore, you receive a written full lifetime guarantee on all workmanship.
Question:: Does the Vinyl crack or yellow?
Answer:: Booth Door and Window uses windows that have extruded vinyl and are guaranteed not to yellow, crack, or chip
Question:: Do the new windows and doors come with screens?
Answer:: Yes! All your new windows and doors will come with new screens.
